     Terms are C.O.D.  or Mastercard/Visa.  If COD there will be a
$4.75 COD charge added to shipping costs.

     MINIMUM ORDERS
 
     There are small minimum orders based mostly on the shipping
container size.

     RETURNS
 
     Any unsold product may be returned at any time for a full refund
as long as it is in good condition for resale.  You pay return postage
and insurance.

     PRICING
 
     Prices do not include UPS ground shipping or COD costs of $4.75
per order if paying by COD.

     TAXES
 
     New York State vendors MUST provide Tax ID form claiming
exemption from New York State Sales Tax.
